Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and consultPRO Innovations Global Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. "We" and "our" refers to consultPRO; "you" and "your" refers to you as a user of the platform.

By creating an account or using the consultPRO platform — whether on web, mobile, or any other medium — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

To use consultPRO you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under the laws of your country;
• Not be legally prohibited from using our services;
• Provide honest and accurate information when registering; and
• Not have had a previous account closed by us for a serious violation of these Terms.

Professionals listing services on the platform (agents, lawyers, architects, engineers, surveyors, and others) must hold valid licences or registrations with the relevant regulatory body in their country of practice.

Most features require an account. Please provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, please let us know at info@consultproinnovationsgloballimited.com as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or close accounts where we have genuine reason to believe the information provided is false or that these Terms have been seriously violated.

consultPRO is a marketplace and technology platform that connects users with:

• Property listings — buy, rent, or sell residential and commercial properties;
• Verified professionals — agents, lawyers, architects, engineers, surveyors, and consultants;
• StayHub — short-let and serviced accommodation;
• Banking and Insurance — financial institutions and insurance providers;
• Jobs board — real estate sector employment;
• Trust Hub — community resources and market insights; and
• Property services — cleaning, security, fumigation, and related services.

consultPRO is a platform intermediary. We do not directly provide real estate, legal, financial, or advisory services. Those services are delivered by the independent professionals and businesses listed on the platform, and any engagement with them is your own decision.

Professionals and businesses listing their services must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their listing goes live. This helps us maintain trust on the platform for everyone. See our KYC Policy for full details.

Listings remain in "Pending Review" until verification is complete. We reserve the right to decline or remove listings that do not meet our verification standards.

Professionals are responsible for ensuring their licences and qualifications are valid and current. consultPRO does not independently audit professional credentials and is not responsible for the services a listed professional provides to clients.

Payments on the platform are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. By making a payment, you also agree to that provider's terms.

Some features attract a fee — for example, identity verification or platform subscriptions. Applicable fees are always shown clearly before you commit to a transaction.

Consultation fees are set by individual professionals and displayed on their profiles. consultPRO earns a platform service commission on completed transactions, which is disclosed at the point of payment.

Subscription plans (Basic, Standard, and Premium) are billed monthly. Pricing for your account type is shown on your billing page before you subscribe.

We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to be fair with refund requests. Because we are a growing platform, our approach is flexible and each situation will be reviewed on its own merits. The guidance below sets out how we generally handle common scenarios.

Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard and access will continue until the end of that billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us and we will review it.

Consultation Bookings

If you cancel a booked consultation with reasonable notice, we will do our best to arrange a refund or reschedule. If a professional does not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, we will work with you on a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible after a missed or cancelled session so we can help.

KYC Verification Fees

Identity verification fees are not refundable once the verification process has been started, as the cost is incurred with our verification provider at that point.

Sponsored Ads

If your ad campaign is rejected during review, you will receive a full refund. If a live campaign is taken down for reasons on our end, we will issue a fair refund for the unused portion of the campaign.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@consultproinnovationsgloballimited.com with your account email, transaction reference, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

You can submit content to the platform — including profile information, property listings, Trust Hub posts, reviews, and messages. By doing so, you give consultPRO permission to store, display, and use that content to run and improve the platform.

Please make sure that anything you submit is accurate, is your own or you have the right to use it, and does not contain anything harmful, false, or unlawful.

We reserve the right to remove content that we believe violates these Terms or that is inappropriate, without notice.

Please do not use the platform to:

• Provide false or misleading information;
• Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your qualifications;
• Facilitate fraud or any unlawful activity;
• Post duplicate, spam, or irrelevant listings;
• Attempt to bypass any security or access control;
• Scrape or extract data from the platform without our written permission;
• Send unsolicited messages or harass other users; or
• Violate any applicable law.

If we become aware of a serious violation, we may restrict or close the account involved. For matters that appear to involve criminal activity, we may involve the appropriate authorities.

The consultPRO name, logo, platform design, and original content we create belong to consultPRO Innovations Global Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Please do not use our brand or content for commercial purposes without asking us first.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described there.

consultPRO is provided as a platform to connect users with professionals, properties, and services. We do our best to maintain a high-quality experience, but we cannot guarantee that everything on the platform — including listings, professional profiles, and property details — is always accurate, complete, or up to date.

We do not endorse or vouch for any professional or service provider listed on the platform. Your decision to engage with any professional or property is your own, and we encourage you to do your own due diligence.

As a growing platform, there may be occasional downtime, bugs, or missing features. We appreciate your patience as we build and improve.

To the extent permitted by law, consultPRO is not liable for indirect losses — such as lost profits, lost data, or missed opportunities — arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the fees you have paid to consultPRO in the 12 months before the issue arose.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us at support@consultproinnovationsgloballimited.com. We may close or restrict accounts where we have good reason to believe these Terms have been seriously breached. We will try to give notice where this is appropriate, but there may be situations where we need to act quickly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, we hope to resolve it through honest conversation first. If that is not possible, either party may seek a resolution through the appropriate Nigerian courts.

We will update these Terms as the platform grows. When we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or via a notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
